Definitions & Applicability

The following words and terms used in this document are defined as:

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at gf999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• In cases of bonus abuse or account fraud, gf999 reserves the right to recover gaming losses.
• gf999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Program & Rewards

gf999 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and credited directly to the account. gf999 reserves the right to amend VIP benefit terms at any time.

Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Permitted Use

Users may use gf999 for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The platform is for personal use.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding (coordinated betting) for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Use of automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

6.3 Consequences of Violation

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, gf999 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure Rules

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. The balance should be withdrawn before making the request. If there are pending withdrawals, the account will be closed only after they have been processed.

10.2 Account Closure by gf999

gf999 may close an account if the prohibited activities described in Section 6 are engaged in, if identity verification fails, or due to legal obligations. In such cases, any associated bonus balance may be forfeited.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Both parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the established legal process.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
